I have purchased a dress from mongoose kart. i read the return policy that stated we need to raise a request and then it will be processed, and i placed an order for Rs. **** and paid amount and i recieved a horrible product not even worth *** rs. i raised the return request and tried calling them on ********** but no response and return request is still in pending since ever. please help me with this frauds
