I have ordered a product which I saw on Instagram through WhatsApp. I paid the amount in advance as they told me. The product I received was not even similar to the product I saw so I thought to text them to return and refund. But after seeing my messages on Instagram and WhatsApp they blocked me and no reply of the mail.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
