I ordered a Blue Hidesign Handbag on ** May **** and received the order on ** May ****. The order that was delivered to me was not in a standard Amazon packaging but in a translucent plastic bag that is generally used to collect returned items. The item that was delivered to be was totally different and contained a wrong product. When I raised the issue with Amazon.in , they said that an investigation team would look into it, after * days when I contacted them again they replied that according to their "so called investigation team" the product that they delivered was correct and now they cannot return/replace it. But that's completely false .

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
