Wrong item delivered by Myntra. They needed pictures of the item delivered along with barcode images on the transparent packaging. Sent them all the images but the barcode they mentioned isn't the same on the packaging. Not the customer's fault, its been more than a week now and they have not accepted the return. They continue sending the same transcripts via email without reading what the customer has replied. Pathetic service and worse cx service representatives. Why should the customer go through such hassle when it's not even their fault? Can someone help, please?
