Ruchira Salvi filed complaint against Myntra Online Shopping on Feb 18, 2019
I ordered Puma black shoes for Rs ****. Wrong shoes were delivered to me. I contacted the customer care team on mail however didn’t get the reply for * days. I posted on twitter handle and they requested time to investigate.
After a day they replied that the correct item was shipped from the warehouse as per the security check. I asked them to provide a video recording of the dispatch along with proof that the correct order was handed to me to which Myntra denied. I am chasing them for * days but they are not responding to me. Request you to help me get my refund along with compensation for harassment.
I have been mailing them for last * days but they don’t even bother to respond.
I have been mentally tortured.
