I had ordered Iphone **, *** GB Purple colour from Amazon on *nd February **** and made a payment of Rs. **,***/- via paytm, the name of the seller shown on the website of Amazon was "Darshita Electronics". On *th February ****, a product was delivered to me at my office address, I took the delivery and did not notice any tampering on the package and I did not open the package at the office as I was occupied with the work. After reaching home, I opened the package, to my shock, instead of an Iphone **, they had delivered me a Boat airpods. Since, I was excited about the product, I have recorded a video of the unpacking as well. I have raised numerous complaints to Amazon via their app and I have spoken to the customer personnel from amazon, none of them provided a solution to the issue. They told me to wait till **th of February **** and when I called them on the **th and **th of February ****, they say they wouldn't be able to help me in getting the correct product or provide me with a refund.
I would request for a refund of Rs. **,***/- which I had paid as a prepaid amount at the time of placing the order on amazon.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
