These are regarding swiggy orders.I ordered "chocolate crusted cheesecake" along with another item from "SWEET TRUTH" restaurant . But they delivered a "mango cheescake" in place of that. I raised an issue,they ordered "chocolate crusted cheescake" for me as a token of apology. As this is the compensation order,I didn't check it,right after I received it (as I trusted swiggy). I kept it in the fridge and checked it after a while.They delivered "mango cheescake" again. If I went to the restaurant,it would have been the mistake of restaurant and I would have dealt with them directly. But as I ordered it through Swiggy,it should compensate me.
When raised an issue regarding this,their agents replied "we can't do anything except apologising. We are unable to find an option to compensate you". I contacted many agents,but the reply is same.One agent even suggested me to lodge a complaint at FSSAI,but the issue is not about food safety,it is about delivery of wrong item,that too twice. I even mailed the CEO,but no response from his side too.Its not about money,it's about how bad the company treated a customer issue. And what kind of policy is that they won't consider the problem,if it occured twice???. Now the agents are not even replying to my mails. The matter is so simple,I ordered one item and I got another. I want what I ordered or they should pay me back my money. The agents have wasted a lot of my time. They should know how wrong that is.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
