Akhilesh Bharadwaj filed complaint against Zomato on Sep 5, 2021
I placed an ord r for cold brew black and added sugar and milk to the order from Starbucks though Zomato. They sent a normal black coffee and I reported teb issue. Their CC agent Pratik, asked for images, validated it and asked me to wait while he connects with restaurant. He got back saying that since the restaurant is not responding he cannot assist me nor replace it order rather asked me to adjust. I denied that and asked a replacement as I don't consume black coffee and he started ignoring the issue. Since he was unresponsive, I went over Twitter and requested assistance and they took down the details asked me talk only over direct messages. I shared the details of the issue and the screenshot of the conversation with the support agent Pratik and they stopped responding. I tagged their CEO Deepinder and his partner and they asked me tk wait for **-** for further assistance. I asked them refund my Pro membership for the shitty treatment they gave and they have remained unresponsive.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
