Ankit Kumar filed complaint against PayTM on Oct 29, 2018
I have ordered "Set of ** pcs of decorative lights for all festival/occasion( * mtrs each), HSN no- ****** having order ID: ********** on **/**/**** from paytm mall.The product got delivered on **/**/****. As per description the product length has to be * meters but when i checked it physically using a measuring tape it was found to be around * meters approx. I raised complaints in twitter abut it but they didn't responded to any of my complaints. Later with no option I requested to return as per there Return policy of * days on **nd Oct ****. I got mail from Paytm stating that the delivery person will come and pickup the item and after that the refund will be processed. On **th Oct I got message from "Shadow Fax" that the courier person will come and pickup the product(ID-**********) from my home but no one came to pickup the item. Later i tried to call the courier person they said we cant pickup now and if possible for me to come and return it to their office which was to far from my house so I decline and requested to pickup from my home and they said they will come and pickup in next * days. But on **/**/**** i got mail from Paytm that the return request has been cancelled without stating any reason in the mail. I tried to call their customer care but no one pick up. I complaint them in Twitter regarding the same but still no one responded. As per return policy they will accept return request within * days of delivery and I requested to return within the stipulated time.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
