Subject: Refund Rejection by Tata Cliq after sending a wrong item
Sir/madam,
I had placed an order of a pair of Adidas supernova sports shoes from tata cliq on ** Oct ****. Accordingly received the packet on ** Nov **** after paying the due amount of Rs.*****/-. But, when I opened the packet to my utter surprise I found a different style pair of adidas shoes. On ** Nov **** itself, I had initiated for refund process and requested to return the wrong item. It was picked up after few days and confirmed that item has reached the seller’s address of Delhi. On ** Nov ****, I was informed that the return is cancelled due to quality check failure and my refund process is denied. Then I approached their higher authority CS management and emailed my grievance many times. Every time, they reply me that my issue will be resolved shortly. In between I was told by Tata cliq official to send videos and photo proofs and accordingly I had sent them. But, on ** Dec ****, I get a call from them that my refund is denied by the Cs management. Then I had mailed the same issue to grievance cell of Tata cliq on ** Dec ****. On ** Dec **, they have informed that claim of my refund is denied as per their internal team inquiry and they are re-sending the same wrong item to me. On ** Dec **** I have received the same wrong product again. This autocratic one-sided decision has made me surprised. It is also to inform you that I have purchased the item from tata cliq, but while refund process they told me that they are dependent on the seller's wish, if they want to refund the money to customer or not which is also a bizarre statement. Since my refund initiation, I have been running pillar to post talking to the executives, writing complaints for this entire episode with so much long-time consuming process. Sorry to say that I don't have such luxury to spend money in vain and don’t have ample of time with this issue.
Therefore, I request your kind authority to ponder my issue and kindly take necessary action so that I can get my hard earn money refund at an early date.
