Rheya Shaajo filed complaint against Ajio on Jul 3, 2021
An entirely wrong item was shipped to me by Ajio. For which I have placed a return request. Ajio had assured me pickup of this item. But the AWB no: for return pickup is not being assigned by Ajio and item is not getting picked up and because of which my refund is not getting processed. It was an expensive item (over **** Rs). My money is stuck and I am stuck with a product I cant even use and Ajio is not doing anything in this regard to resolve my issue. It is being pending or on hold for more than a month now.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
