Amazon - Wrong item delivered and no replacement available

I had ordered for LG ** inch monitor for work from home. I was in a zoom call when order came and provided OTP to my wife, who took the delivery. My wife carried the package to my room and to my horrors it was a fan. Orient fan to be precise. I ran to delivery person and told him that it was not the order but he said to call customer care. When i called they told they will investigate and provide resolution in * days, today when I contacted them i found that they are defending their system and not ready to accept that order was not delivered properly. I have been trying to get it resolved for * days and i got it on emi as i did not had money. To my horrors i have a ceiling fan and i cannot buy a monitor but no replacement as well is given. They are saying they have done the needful . Please help
