Nykaa - Wrong item delivered

I placed an order for Mac mineralize skin finish worth Rs. **** on Nykaa and was delivered the wrong product. I have filed a claim for a return and refund. I have uploaded images on the website of the wrong product that was delivered and I have contacted them multiple times and their response is that the team has checked and the wear house has dispatched the correct product and that there is nothing they can do about it. I have asked to speak to their supervisor multiple times but they have excuses and dodge each time.
I have spoken to Franklin and Nagraj from customer service and several others multiple times, but they refuse to give any helpful answer. Please help in resolving this issue as I have lost faith in the company that they will help. My order number is ********-*******.
