I have ordered for a superdry black puffer jacket worth ****/- and i have got a superdry T shirt instead of that, when i have raised my return request attaching some images about the wrong product delivered and ihave also attached the invoice which i found with the tshirt , but unfortunately the team of ajio says our backend team has packed correctly and we cant do anything .This is obsoletely un ethical and my hard earned money has been taken by Ajio.
I have also verified with the person based on the invoice received, he said he hasnt got this tshirt and app is showing its delivered and the customer care is saying its delivered where in his product is with me and I don't know about my jacket worth ****/- is with whom and I am the sufferer
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
