Hello I am Khalid a customer of Flipkart.
As a customer I ordered a Jack and Jones jeans priced at ****.
When my delivery was made I was called by delivery boy named Waseem Akram .
The delivery was made through ekart a courier service provider in our area.
They provide the worst to worst service in our area. our area is backwarded in terms of education and all that's why they easily fool the people and unbox the packages before delivery and fill the wrong item in the package and seal it with tapers.
They are so experts in taping that we can't even imagine that our package has already been opened and original item is taken out of the packet.
There are many cases against them in our area.
I would like to get refund of my product and should also get compensation for the inconveniences made.
