I booked a ticket for **th April **** with Air India from EaseMyTrip although the flight got cancelled and I done the process as told by the company for refunds. Now they are saying I hav'nt cancelled the ticket yet. I am attaching a screenshot of mail what I received by the company.
I need my full refunds and proper details as they are not replying with a genuine answer.
Already Aviation Minister said company should give full refund as who so ever booked the ticket in this lockdown periods.
Please help me out here.
