This is regarding the wrong booking information provided by the MakeMyTrip app.
On **th December I tried to book a ticket from Secunderabad (Telangana state) to Bangalore, but the MakeMyTrip app suggested booking a ticket from Sriramanager H railway station to Bangalore (yesvantpur railway Junction). MakeMyTrip app displayed information that Sriramanager H railway station is ** km from Secunderabad, so I booked this ticket. But later, on the day of the journey, I found that there is no railway station in Telangana state with the name of Sriramanager. This caused a lot of late-minute journeys to trouble me. In urgency, I had to book a bus ticket (which was very expensive) and completed my journey.
I am attaching the snapshot of the wrong information provided by the MakeMyTrip app.
Here I am demanding to MakeMyTrip compensate me the amount which I had to pay due to the wrong information provided by the app
