Makemy Trip - Refund processing

I paid a total of INR **,*** for my booking via MakeMyTrip (ID# NN*AJYTG***********) for travel from Mumbai to Amsterdam on **th March ****, with the itinerary Mumbai–Muscat–Doha–Amsterdam.
On *th March, the itinerary was changed by MakeMyTrip, and the Muscat–Doha leg was dropped due to cancellation by the airline (Qatar Airways) amid the ongoing war situation in the Middle East. As a result, I had no option but to cancel the remaining segments (Mumbai–Muscat and Doha–Amsterdam).
I was informed by MakeMyTrip that I am eligible for a full refund. However, I have received only INR **,*** in three partial payments (INR *,*** on ** March, INR *,*** on ** March, and INR *,*** on ** March). The remaining amount is still outstanding.
This situation has caused significant mental stress and frustration. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have been caught in a continuous loop—each time being told that the case is under follow-up with the airline, only for the ticket to be closed without resolution. Even after escalating to the grievance desk, I have not received any response.
As a frequent traveler, I have never experienced such a prolonged and draining process just to receive a rightful refund. The constant uncertainty and lack of accountability have made this experience extremely distressing.
