Makemy Trip - Refund not received for Train ticket cancellation

I booked a train ticket through MakeMyTrip and paid via UPI (PhonePe).
The ticket was cancelled on ** December ****.
As per IRCTC refund rules, train ticket refunds are supposed to be processed within *–* working days, and even with delays should not exceed * working days.
However, despite more than ** days having passed, I have not received the refund amount, nor has a clear resolution been provided by MakeMyTrip.
I have raised the issue with MakeMyTrip support, but the refund is still pending. Since the payment was made through UPI, the refund should be instant once initiated, which clearly indicates a delay and deficiency of service.
This delay has caused financial difficulty and mental harassment, as the refund amount is urgently needed.
I request immediate processing of the refund along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I seek intervention under the Consumer Protection Act for deficiency in service.
