Last week I had come across the website shop kio through FB.Beautiful sarees were displayed in it..Since the site is new i typed my address after selecting a saree and cancelled when it came to payment.
Later googling i had seen lot of complaint against the site by its customers..Like the quality of the product not even rs *** worth by showing another type of cloth in image and the return policy fraud and a not reachable customer care number so many.
Today the saree came by aramex cash on delivery..Without knowing the fraud, my old mother in law paid Rs **** for a worst product not even worth of rs *** .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
