Shopkio - Product not found

I had ordered for a Saree through the shopkio site as seen in facebook.paid the money too. But I dint get it delivered even after a month. So I contacted customer care. The TV said they have received my money but not able to find out the Saree I ordered. They asked me to pick some other Saree from the same price range..i asked for a refund of my money which they refused.. I am not ready to be satisfied with another Saree. If they are not able to trace the product I ordered they should refund my money. I don't want credit for the money I paid. I just want my money back or the exact Saree I ordered.
