Do not include any personal information. No contact numbers. I have been sending many mails with no reply. I had purchased a saree which I did not liked because the image shown on the site was total different then I asked them for refund and they said it cant be refundable it will go in the shopkio wallet later I said ok then they sent me some other links to choose saree and with no option I had to choose one. Before delivery that saree they gave me a call and I had told them what if even I dont like this product and they assured me that they will definately refund my money through bank. And now nobody replies to my mails neither can contact on their number.
