I ordered a saree through an advertisement of shopkio in facebook. Paid money also. But product was not delivered even after one month.wen I asked their customer care they said they have received my payment but not able to identify the Saree I ordered. So I asked for to refund the money. But they are saying I have to select some Saree in thesame price range. They will not refund my money.. That s there company policy.
