Anu filed complaint against Bata India Ltd on Apr 1, 2019
I was provided false information, that while shopping at a Bata store, points can only be redeemed in multiples of Rs. **. Fact is that we can redeem any number of points above Rs. **. I lodged a complaint on phone and email. They promised me that I will be given ** loyalty points, but it is now more than four weeks and I still have not got any loyalty points. Every time I call them they say that I will get the ** promised loyalty points but till now I have not got any points. This is cheating on behalf of bata. Request you to please issue promised loyalty points. This is very bad of Bata. Latest Complaint No. - *****ZZ
