I have booked a hotel for * nights at hotel * city, zirakpur. The information of check IN was **:**AM Which was mentioned at the website of agoda site and hotel site aswell. I have paid the full payment of Rs .****/- and after the booking done I had confirmed from the hotel they refuse for the check in to the hotel and refuse for the refund. Am trying to connect agoda but there is no contact detail and no email from customer service which will reply you and resolve your query. I lost my Money and am trying to connect to agoda for my refund but no mail or support which I have received . Highly highly disappointed and felt openly cheated by agoda and the hotel misbehaviour with their guests! disconnected the call and said we Don’t care, do it whatever you want too.
I would still can request agoda for my refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
