I have booked a room through MakeMyTrip app for * adults in Paris at IBIS Budget Gennevilliers Asnieres. Next day I got mail from the hotel saying that your booking ID is wrong and hence reservation is invalid. I am continuously calling MakeMyTrip customer care but nobody is giving a solution to date. Please help me to resolve this issue with them.
