Got raw tender coconut & rose falooda instead of tender-coconut-payasam (desert) & dry-fruit-falooda.
Swiggy was not even ready to take the complaint, when I called them I’ve been asked to wait for *-** hrs for the feedback. when they’re unable to deliver why the **** did they accepting the order.
The particular food shop (lassi shop) completely denied that they haven’t handled this order. Pathetic!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
