Naveen Kumar filed complaint against Swiggy on Sep 19, 2021
Ordered * Mutton Biryani Combos (Biryani & * PCs of Chicken **) with the restaurant named Sri Madhavan Mess located in Kolathur, Chennai. But they’ve delivered Chicken Biryani Combos (Biryani & * PCs of Chicken **). Approached the restaurant to check what went wrong, No proper response from them, I was asked to contact swiggy.
Later, I’ve addressed the issue to swift thru help section in the app, mail & Twitter as-well. Initially I was asked to wait for ** hrs, Its been more than ** hrs now, haven’t received a feedback yet.
I don’t understand that what’s stopping to look into this issue even after providing the enough evidences. It has caused me money loss, and I’ve spent a lot of time in raising/following up this issue thru multiple windows. Hence, I demand a strong action against the restaurant for cheating (Less Value Food) & compensation for my loss (I’ve paid ***Rs. For ***Rs value food)
