Make My Trip Air India - Wrong flight booked

Make My Trip showed **th march flight highlighting **th march in blue color. Due to wrong information by Mmt, wrong flight got booked. On contacting the customer care for cancellation/reschedule, I was charged a hefty amount of **** by Air India and Mmt for flight booking amount of ****. (Refund after * months) I would have travelled, however, my rtpcr test was going to come on **th march which is mandatory for travelling to Bengaluru. Don't you have human grounds in case of this pandemic? All your rules are to ultimately loot money from the customers. Completely unacceptable behaviour.
