Make My Trip Air India - Refund of Payment against Make my Trip Booking ID

In reference to my MakemyTrip Booking ID IN*B*************, wherein I was booking my ticket Delhi to Sydney (Business Class) for Rs *,**,*** but the transaction was not completed and in the process two lakhs was debited from my account. I received a message saying that the money would be refunded within * to * days, but the same has not been done as yet even after three months.


I have sent my latest bank statement from my Bank IndusInd, which indicates that the *,**,*** has not been received by me. Please do the needful to get the refund of my money at the earliest. I am a very old customer of MakemyTrip. I will be waiting for your reply and the refund of the amount Rs *,**,***. My registered mobile number is **********. I am regularly communicating with Make my Trip on the matter without any positive result.
