Make My Trip Air India - Refund not credited of my cancelled flight

I booked my flight for *rd of August from jaipur to kullu via delhi but due to airlines technical reason my jaipur to delhi flight schedule time was changed and its not suites to my journey because i have to take my delhi to kullu flight from delhi so i raise a request for refund and i also conversation with MMT representative , she assured me that your amount will be refund as per airlines rule so i cancelled my flight on MMT but now i am trying to contact to customer care but system not connect with them and a message came on me that you are not applicable for this refund , i am middle class person my one month salary stuck in this matter , please help me
