Make My Trip Air India - Refund not issued

Refund not issued. Issue since March ****. Fraud MMT. I cancelled my Booking due to covid. My ticket is under flexible fare which by default I am eligible for ***% refund minus the admin fee. I have contacted Gulf Air the airline and they have confirmed to have issued all the refund on any cancellations. I have trying to reach out to customer service since March but I have been unsuccessful. The status of trip shows as 'Completed' under My Bookings, which is incorrect. It should be cancelled. None of the fixed line of MMT works and their app is not helpful either. Being an Indian company MMT had made a popular name but it's sad to see they are fraudulent in reality. I need my refund that I am eligible back.
