Hi, I ordered camera microphone of Rs **** and i received a wrong and damaged product which was a damaged ladies legging. I have many other issue and they are.. *) Received wrong and Damaged order. Order microphone of Rs **** and received a damaged ladies legging. *) Harassed and Abused by Flipkart support executive on call. *) Logged both refund and Abuse issues with Flipkart support more than hundred time but no single action taken till date. Tried raising issue to *. Junior call support *. Senior Support Team *. Twitter Support *. Tweeting CEO himself by keeping cc to Flipkart support *. Grievance tea. Tried all methods like phone calls, emails and tweets. No one ever consider this important to even taking seriously the consumer harassment / Abuse issue. I take full responsibilities that i have not received a single action by Flipkart support even after doing *** - **** communication. *). Support team seems to have no sincerity over call. They take issues like Flipkart is an organization that fully support fraud, torturing and harassments which is why they hardly respond on to serious matters and never take anything seriously. *) I own not just Rs **** but also to Flipkart due to this long time wasting, harassments, Abuse and fraud and i deserver all the right to proceed further criminal investigation against Flipkart post this consumer complaint. *) Flipkart team said on call this time we will not refund sir. It's your right to do whatever you can do.
