Max Fashion - Wrong Consignment and Missing Items

I am writing to report a distressing issue with my recent order from Max Fashion. On **th October ****, I received a package supposedly containing my prepaid order of ** items. However, upon opening, I discovered:

*. The entire package was severely damaged, with visible tears and brown tape hastily wrapped around the product.
*. The contents were not properly secured in a plastic packet or wrapping.
*. Most alarmingly, the product received was entirely incorrect.

I just received * incorrect jacket instead of * of the ** products.

I have documented this incident with a video and photos. The package's condition and incorrect contents are unacceptable.

As a loyal customer who trusted Max with my online order, I feel let down. The inconsistent responses from their staff and delivery personnel have added to my distress. Their team claims that all items were packed and sent, while the delivery person disclaims responsibility for damages or missing products.

As a consumer from the lower middle class, every hard-earned rupee counts. I have urged them to reconsider my refund request for the missing products. This is not just a matter of principle, but also financial significance.

Previously, their executive team assured me that the issue would be resolved promptly. However, the current response stating that they're unable to accommodate my request and this is unacceptable.
