I had ordered * items in once order. Only two items were delivered. The third item which is a track pant was not delivered. When I asked about the issue they told me to write to help@maxfashion.in and I did with all the proof. Now I got a reply saying they investigated and found that all items were delivered. Which is a lie. I didn’t received the item and now I have lost my money. I cannot believe that a company is trust so much has made me go through this frustration.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
