Gowri Jayan filed complaint against Max Fashion on Aug 12, 2025
I placed a Click & Collect order (Order ID: **********) with Max Fashion, Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore, with an expected collection date of ** August ****. I specifically chose Click & Collect instead of home delivery to avoid delays, as I am in Bangalore only for a few days.
As of ** August ****, the order status still showed Packed and I had received no collection notification. This delay is entirely due to Max Fashion’s logistics failure and has caused me stress and financial inconvenience, especially since my order value exceeded ₹**,***.
On ** August, I called customer support (****-***-****), and the representative confirmed cancellation of my order (Confirmation #******). However, despite repeated emails, I have not received any written confirmation or refund processing details.
Adding to the frustration, every email I send results in new ticket numbers being created instead of updating my existing complaint, and no action is taken to actually resolve the matter.
Resolution Sought:
*. Immediate written confirmation of cancellation.
*. Full refund of the amount paid, credited to my original payment method.
*. Written apology for the delay and poor handling of my complaint.
