I have enrolled for max elite enroll program on February **, **** in Max store in GST road near to Buhari hotel. and was told, I will get link to enroll date of birth details. But didn't get any link and have been chasing store since then. But store staff are not supporting, when try calling mobile calls are not picked and on visiting in-person to store they say will send in an hour but not sending them. I had contacted support of max and was told they will take care of only online issues.

Unresponsiveness makes to think my link was misused by store staffs.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
