I was trying to Book Hotel, in ghaziabad on **th of June **** oyo call connected and showing all good facility in Oyo Hotel, Ms. Chanchal booked with the committment Hotel is Air Conditioned surely. I have paid for two rooms in the name of Arifa and Shivani for Hotel Sunder Pratap Vihar, Near Medical Chowk, Ghaziabad and ask to pay ***/- and *** on the Oyo Link through Google pay. Also ask to pay further after reaching Hotel. I paid the amount same time on Google link both amount paid from Arifa Google pay account : ********** mobile number. We reached Hotel at *.** evening and found they do not have any AC room available only non AC rooms are there, We saw the rooms condition was not good and we have to search other hotels in the late evening time when we were already tired by travelling. Please return my money and do not give pain to others in such false committment.
