Amazon - Wrong charges debited

Bought a Redmi phone on amazon through EMI. Had balance in the account but the ECS was rejected thrice and how come they run the ECS thrice for the same EMI and after complete payment of loan how can they run the ECS. It has to be automatically cancelled.. They will be reporting to cibil which will lower my score for no fault of mine. They are tie up with capital float. The most funny thing thing is when you try to call their call centre for complaints their AI does not find your products and when you request for some purchase then their AI call u and connect to the customer service representative. I had talk with some representative * days before named Arvind and he has given the complaint no *********, which today i found to be some complaint registered via social media which i never did. I raised the complaint over a call. And their other representative don't connect to their other teams. I think the whole of customer service of AMAZON is a scam and staffs are trained to provide fake complaint nos and names to the complainant. i have even put them a mail but they dont revert.
