Amazon - Wrong Cashback received

Pravin Vallabhadas Mundada filed complaint against Amazon on Dec 16, 2020

There was an offer on Amazon pay fro jio recharge. The offer was 'Flat ₹** cashback on jio prepaid recharge of minimum ₹*** from * Nov. **** to * Dec. ****'. I recharged my jio sim on * dec at around * pm. But I received ₹** cashback only. I asked Amazon customer service but everyone is giving different reason of my non eligibility. One says you have not done payment through UPI another says because of Your first transaction got cancelled the offer is not applicable for you. But on *stdec. I asked Amazon customer service to confirm if I would be eligible for this offer or not since my *st got cancelled. They said yes, you are eligible & will receive₹** cashback. Now what should I do?
