I have ordered the Seagate * Tb hard disk drive on ** sept **** and paid in full it was prepaid order.
I rec'd the confirmation mail from Reliance digital also with details
But when I tracked the order two days later it showed your order shipped and it was Seagate * tb hard drive
How can such a company can change the product
Then I called customer care number they said you have to mail regarding this our escalation team will get back to you so I mail with all details but not received any mail so I sent them reminder mail .
After * day I receive the reply to that that your order is shipped and you will get your order what you have placed by

Then today on **/sept I receive the parcel .
On the parcel it shows Seagate * TB hard disk drive
But when opened the parcel it was Seagate * Tb hard drive while the bill was of Seagate * TB hard drive so I immediately today mailed as reply to previous mail rec'd around *.** pm today ** Sept **** and mentioned it urgent and send all photos of parcel.and products and said them to call back or reply immediately but no response.
I am attaching all proofs along
Kindly get it resolved as soon as possible
I want the Seagate * atB hard drive which is ordered not refund and rather would claim more from them as they are wasting my time and energy and my work is suffering in their mistake
Kindly get Reliance Digital people understand customers complain and take it to higher authorities
