I want to buy a product cost **** rs. I got some discount by ROne loyalty point or jiocoin i don't know exactly but I have done payment ****.* by upi then no order confirmation mail , sms nothing .
I have done it * days ago still no refund nothing I am contacting customer support but everbody saying wait for ** hrs wait for ** hrs but still no refund . Reliance have very third class support they don't care about customers
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
