I have booked I'd ********* ,the hotel first'of all is not the same showed in the website it's completely different and hotel people doesn't care they are saying it'sagoda mistake, they didn't give me a room which was promised I ask for a double bed they instead gave me two twin sharing bed for a couple, Agoda mentioned breakfast hotel didn't provide any...bad bad service from both Agoda and mainly from hotel
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)

My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
