Agoda app - Hotel confirmed booking denied

I made a hotel booking at Agoda in september for travelling in peak season in january in Vietnam(Phuquoc)
My booking was confirmed received the confirmation mail for the dame have the screenshot of same but when i reached Phuquoc the hotel i booked was closed as it was the peak season i was forced to day triple prices for the hotels which ruined my trip budget and i had to pay the amount by credit card and forced to suffer heavy losses despite of making advanced booking * months before But now Agoda is not paying or did not provided us accomodation in the other hotel when we demanded same so we want to file a cade against them
