Agoda app - Refund not initiated

I booked a hotel in Delhi by agoda on ** Mar for one night at time of booking it show full amount refund policy after booking hotel by paying full payment online it shows hotel booked for ** Mar so I think it's my mistake and called agoda customer service and they told me that they can't do anything that hotel was full for today and no refund will be issued so I have to stay as per my booking. I also went to hotel but they asked me to go to agoda. Now lost my entire amount. Very poor service by agoda.
