Details for the payment are visible in the statement attached.
This payment was deducted but never gave confirmation for booking neither my payment is refunded nor my booking was visible on Agoda backend on website or app and when asked to the executive she said i cant tell details you have to tell your booking ID or you email. So as a result we had to pay again and do booking. Which is very un-uasual because a company like Agoda should take immediate cross verification for payments received. I was neither contacted by their team neither their team was helpful the next day. It is a difficult process to contact the Agoda team because it was very inhospitable.
i have emailed them so many times but not reply.

My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
