Dear Support,
I have done wrong location booking from Agoda App.
Booking ID- *********
I want to do booking for Ananta Udaipur location but mistakenly done for Ananta resort and spa Pushkar. We want to cancel it and go for a refund or else help us to change the location.

My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
