Alok jain filed complaint against Goibibo on May 29, 2018
I have made one booking having booking id: NAKWJIE*Y from Goibibo site i.e. from Bali to Delhi. When i am booking my flight, then at that time, the time showing is (Bali) *.** to (Kuala lumpur) **.** and (kuala lumpur) **.** to (Delhi) **.** on *th October ****.
But when i made the payment and when i got the itinerary then the time showing is (Bali) **.** to (Kuala lumpur) **.** and (kuala lumpur) **.** to (Delhi) **.**. I dont know what type of fault it is done by Goibibo, so please see to this fault done as early as possible.
I have made first time booking on goibibo, but i am very disappointed as i got this type of fault from the goibibo.
My whole itinerary is already fixed, I have done booking from Malindo airlines from delhi to singapore on **th Septtember, ****. But its done correctly, Here i got no problem,
Then from *st to *th october i have done booking of bali from singapore by jest airways, but it also done correctly, i didnot get any problem.
My hotel booking in bali is from *st october checking time *.** am till *th october check out time *.** am which i have done on **th may **** as attached. so how can i book the return journey from bali to delhi at **.** Pm (which is booked on **th may), as our checkout time is *.**am (which is booked on **th may). can you thought this? the booking is also attached. go through it.
When my whole journey of my conference is fixed so how can be this travelling time be different. After bali hotel booking i have made this return ticket, so when my check out time in bali is *.** am, so how can i book my return ticket at time **.**pm. This is done only by goibibo, i have prebooked all the things and then done my return tickets.

No, The booking is not as per user instruction, after the payment made, it obviously shows the time **.**pm. Now goibibo is hiding its fault, Nothing else.
As i also have all the proofs, now i will see goibibo in the consumer forum.
