Agoda - Wrong booking date No refund resolution provided

I booked a hotel from Agoda wherein I selected the right date of booking but after completely the booking, I received confirmation for a wrong date which was the current date. And I immediately called Agoda team to raise the concern but they only gave fake commitment. Even their employee provided me with wrong email id intentionally so that I cannot email them. It was a complete horrified experience with them. Even after Hotel confirmed free cancelation, they did not amend or cancel the booking. They harras the customer like anything so that one can be frustrated and just leave the money. It is a mental trauma that Agoda has put me to. Till now Agoda has not refunded my money and stands a cheat.
