Sir,
This is with reference to my mobile number ********** for bill no.FM****I********* dt **.**.**** for Rs.****.**
I had opted for international roaming of USA / CANADA for the period **.**.** to **.**.** and the monthly charges were Rs.**** plus taxes.
On **.**.**** I opted for cancellation of roaming in airtel app. In the evening on **.**.** at *.** pm I got a sms from airtel my International roaming has been deactivated.
In abovementioned bill I notice that airtel has again charged my roaming charges of Rs.***.** for **.**.** and also mobile internet charges of Rs.**.
When I have not opted for roaming again why these charges is my query. Regarding the same I have given a complaint to airtel on **.**.** vide complaint number ********. Airtel has only made a part waiver of charges and has not fully waived Rs.***+** ...plus relevant GST and hence this complaing to you.
I have attached a bill copy and the sms send by airtel to me to deactivate my roaming for your perusal.
I hope you will be able to solve this issue.
